St Wilfrid's Hall
Hall Bookings & Facilities
St. Wilfrid's is please to be able to offer modern hall facilities for community or private use. Bookings are taken via the parish office.
The hall building consists of two separate halls, the main 'lower' hall (capacity 200) and the smaller capacity 'upper' hall (capacity 100).
The main hall is 9m (29 feet) by 16 m (52 feet) a total usable area of 144m2 (1500 feet2) and has a modern and well equipped kitchen with:
- fridge (no freezer)
- 6 ring gas cooker with double oven
- hot trolley
- instant hot water boiler
- dishwasher
- large preparation surfaces
- a serving hatch (which can be closed)
and sufficient cutlery and crockery for 100+ place settings.
There is also a lift to the upper hall and the main/disabled toilet facilities are adjacent.
The upper hall is a smaller hall in a 'T' shape which measures 5.5m (18 feet) by 9m (29 feet) long (top to bottom of the 'T') and 9m (29 feet) by 14m (45 feet) wide (across the top part of the 'T'), a total usable area of 175m2 (1825 feet2)
There is a small kitchenette adjacent with:
- sink with draining board
- hand wash basin
- microwave
- kettles
- electric urn
- small preparation area
- limited crockery/cutlery.
Further main/toilet facilities are located adjacent to this upper hall.
