Westbrook Church was planted by St Wilfrid’s in the 1990’s as a church to serve the area of newly built housing off Tempest Avenue at the southern end of the parish.

The church meets on Sundays at the Westbrook Community Hall on Tempest Avenue, and is involved in the community in various ways, ranging from Mums and Tots on Wednesdays to Thursday Club after-school club to Carols in the pub at Christmas.

Westbrook Service The Sunday services are at 10am each week and are generally informal with a music group and contemporary songs. The first Sunday of the month is All-Age Worship. A Sunday Club for children is held during the service on the other Sundays. Holy Communion is celebrated on the fourth Sunday of the month.
As well as the morning services, there is an Informal Service at 6.30pm on the first Sunday of each month. This service is more meditative and reflective.

Coffee at Westbrook The church is welcoming and friendly, catering for individuals and families from a wide range of backgrounds and across a broad age range.
